Installation

Select the Brilliant Control model that matches the size of the electrical box you plan to install it into (1-gang to 4-gang). Requires neutral and ground wires in the electrical box.

Flush mounts to any wall near any power outlet. Route power cable on the wall or in the wall and punch out near an outlet.

120V AC from an in-wall electrical box.

Lighting Compatibility

Lighting circuits are typically hardwired to Brilliant. Supports up to 300W incandescent and halogen fixtures and up to 150W LED and CFL fixtures (load ratings are per switch location). Supports dimming and multiway lighting. Magnetic low voltage (MLV) lighting NOT supported. Supports compatible smart bulbs and switches.

Switches & Sliders

Switches/sliders will typically be hardwired to control the
lighting circuits that existed at the light switch location.

Each Brilliant Control switch/slider can be programmed to
control other smart devices (smart bulbs, music volume, etc.)

By default, sliders will control screen brightness and speaker
volume.
