Brilliant works with Resideo to enable property managers to reduce energy consumption by automating heating/cooling in vacant apartments and common areas and even catch water leaks before they become costly disasters with Honeywell Home Smart Thermostats and Water Leak Detectors. 

SALTO KS will make it easy for property managers to monitor, automate, and control access using SALTO KS smart locks throughout entire properties, making residential communities more secure and efficient to manage. 

Our integration with Entrata makes it possible to automate smart apartment and resident experiences by configuring vacant units to save energy, streamlining resident onboarding, and move-out processes, enabling property tours, granting and revoking access credentials & more. 

Our partnership with ButterflyMX launched in September 2019, and enables residents to see live video of visitors who ring their apartment, communicate with visitors using 2-way audio, and unlock the main property entrance using Brilliant Control Panels or an app.
